Success in custom automation requires a diverse set of skills. In taking projects from concept through integration, dds has honed a number of these skills to the point where we are able to offer them as standalone services. Design

See your ideas come to life! Our experienced design team utilizes SolidWorks 3D CAD software to create functional designs based on your concept and requirements. A detailed drawing package and bill of materials is supplied at the end of the process.

Machining

A full suite of machine tools allows us to keep the majority of our manufacturing in-house. CNC routers, vertical CNC machining centers and manual machines allow us to manufacture a wide variety of parts in our onsite machine shop. dds also manufactures carbon fiber parts that are excellent when lightweight and high-strength solutions are of paramount importance.

Rapid Prototyping

We were eager to integrate rapid prototyping technology into our workflow. It has been an invaluable tool used to validate concepts during the design phase, reduce cost, scrap and time. Having STL and FDM machines with varying build volumes and the ability to produce parts in different materials allows us to meet the demands of most applications.
